About Shipping

Shipping times

Delivery times vary from 5 to 7 working days (Spain) and 7 to 15 working days (Europe) depending on the day of the week on which the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. All our items are sent by express courier service.

Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed and within the following timetable:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Orders received outside these hours will be prepared the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping policy

- The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

- The purchase tickets will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer when registering in the online shop and can also be consulted in the registration account created by the customer in the online shop.

- On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no order pick-up or delivery.

- Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.

- Customs policies vary depending on the country and city of delivery, please note that any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the customer.

- An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the parcel(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.

Claiming undelivered orders

The consumer and / or user, after receiving an email that your order is sent, if after a reasonable period of time does not receive the product, you can contact by phone (+34) 928 16 42 40, by the contact form or by mail: to clarify the cause of the delay.

Once the complaint has been received, our support team will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on what happened.

In the event that does not have availability of the contracted good, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the sums paid from as soon as possible.


If, once the purchase has been made, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you can do so by using the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or by writing to the e-mail address, customer service form or by telephone on (+34) 928 16 42 40, indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel.
