Shipping times
Delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days (Spain) and 1 to 4 working days (Europe) depending on the day of the week on which the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. All our items are sent by express courier service.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed and within the following timetable:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Orders received outside these hours will be prepared the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping policy
- The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

- On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no order pick-up or delivery.
- Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.
- Customs policies vary depending on the country and city of delivery, please note that any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the customer.
- An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the parcel(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for shipping costs that will be assumed. by the consumer and/or user.

The refund of the amount will be made through the same payment method with which the user made the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, that is, in perfect condition and of course it cannot be found damaged, hit or with reliable evidence of use that prevents the sale of the same product again. To send it, it must be done in an appropriate packaging that protects it during the journey.
Procedure:
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do this, they will fill in the form established for this purpose in the "My account" section or make another type of unequivocal declaration in which they indicate their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
Whether by one means or another, your communication must contain the following information:

From the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return to aloeveraexclusive.com In perfect condition the purchased item together with a copy of the purchase invoice.
Aloe Vera Exclusive will communicate without delay to the consumer and/or user by email the acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal, with the shipping instructions by the consumer and/or user. Once the product has been received or the consumer and/or user has presented reliable proof of the return of the good, Aloe Vera Exclusive will deliver without undue delay the sums delivered by the consumer and/or user .
Claiming undelivered orders
